Thank you for visiting the Rush Backstage Club!

In business for over 30 years, this fan merchandise club is a tribute to the longevity of the band it promotes. The Rush Backstage Club provides Rush fans with merchandise which is otherwise only available straight from the live concerts. Has your t-shirt from the 70’s worn through? Grab a brand new Hemispheres shirt right here! Has your tourbook from the Vapor Trails tour disappeared? You can get a mint condition one from us! We carry shirts, trinkets, books and cds spanning the extensive catalogue of Rush. We are constantly reinventing the album artwork to bring new and exciting products to the fans. With our secure order site and online ordering system, you can purchase great Rush merchandise online. We have been serving thousands of Rush fans for over thirty years and will continue to do so for at least another thirty. Pick up some memorabilia from the greatest rock band in the world!

To find your product:

1. Choose the appropriate category from the left hand menu, then continue to locate the product you are searching for, OR
2. Use the search box on the left hand side of the web site and enter the product you are looking for.
3. After you locate your product, choose any options available to you and click "Order" at the bottom of the page. At this point you will be shown your shopping cart. You can either continue shopping, alter your order, or you can "Check Out".
4. When you have all the items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart, click "Check Out". Enter your e-mail address, your state or province then click the "continue " button.
5. Confirm your order. If it is correct, enter your name, address and credit card information. Click on the "submit" button to receive your order confirmation number. This will let you know your order has been received and is on its way.
6. You will receive a confirmation e-mail shortly after completing your purchase. Your card will be charged at the time you place the order. We ship orders every day. In the case of backordered items, the card will still be charged at the time of order.
7. For your peace of mind, ordering via the internet with a credit card is the most secure method of ordering. With our secure system, no human being ever views your card information. This is more secure than paying for food in your local restaurant with a credit card!

Ordering by Phone

To order by phone, please call 1-877-GET-SWAG (1-877-438-7924). Operators are available to take orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Certain international countries will not be able to use this option. Please be advised, this number is an order desk only, you will not be able to track your order at this number. If you wish to track your order, or for any other questions, please call 1-877-399-7778 Mon-Fri excluding holidays. If you are calling from outside of North America, please call 905-403-0888.

Ordering by Fax

To order by fax, please use the site to choose your products and proceed to the check out page. Enter your e-mail address and state or province to proceed to the final check out screen prior to entering your credit card information. PRINT THIS PAGE. (you may fill out the form on the screen so that your contact information prints along with your order) This will also give you the final amount that will be billed to your credit card. Please be sure that your fax includes your full name, mailing address, phone number, e-mail address and credit card number with expiry date and the name as printed on the card. Fax the printed page along with any of the other information not included on the print out to our fax number: 905-403-0889.It is also advisable to e-mail us at orders@showtech.com to let us know that you have sent a fax in case we do not receive it. As soon as we have processed your order we will ship it out. **Keep in mind, ordering via the internet with a credit card is absolutely the most secure method of ordering. With our secure system, no human being ever views your card information.

To order by mail, please use the site to choose your products and proceed to the check out page. Enter your e-mail address and state or province to proceed to the final check out screen prior to entering your credit card information. PRINT THIS PAGE. (you may fill out the form on the screen so that your contact information prints along with your order) This will also give you the final amount if you are paying by money order. If you are ordering from Canada, please send your payment in Canadian funds, all others please send your payment in US funds. Please specify to your bank that you require an International Money Order in US funds. We do not accept Postal Service Money Orders. Please be sure that you include your full name, mailing address, phone number and e-mail address. Send the printed page along with any of the other information not included on the print out to the address below. As soon as we receive your order and payment we will process your order and ship it out.

We guarantee that your contact information will not be intentionally disclosed, rented or sold to any other third party or company. We collect your name, address, phone number and e-mail address so that we may process your order and are able to offer you excellent customer service.

Security Policy

Return Policy

Returns will be accepted for exchange or refund on all items. If we cannot replace your item with a suitable replacement we will refund your original purchase price. You MUST obtain a return authorization number PRIOR to shipping your product back to us. You may do this by e-mailing us with your return details.

We do not accept returns of products once they have been used. Videos, CDs and DVDs MUST be unopened. Products must be returned (postmarked) within 30 calendar days of the arrival at your location for replacement or refund. We will pay for return shipping for defective products ONLY, and ONLY via regular mail (do not send via courier). We will refuse all packages sent back to us via courier (UPS, Fedex, etc.) Customers must ship the item to us at their expense and if the product is found to be defective, we will credit the shipping expense back to the credit card used to purchase it originally. If a product is returned to us for ANY other reason other than being defective, all extra shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. It is very wise to enclose a note with your return for our warehouse personnel.
